By accessing or using the Liberia Special Economic Zone Authority (LSEZA) portal and submitting a company registration application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies referenced herein.

You represent that you are authorized to submit this application on behalf of the enterprise named in the form, and that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

As an SEZ enterprise (or applicant), you agree to comply with applicable Liberian law, LSEZA regulations, zone operating rules, and any conditions attached to your registration or license. You remain responsible for maintaining accurate records and notifying the Authority of material changes.

You agree to use this portal only for lawful purposes, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or misuse of the system or other users’ data.

Application and registration fees are subject to the fee schedule published by LSEZA. Fees paid may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by the Authority. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Any false statement, omission, or misrepresentation may result in rejection of the application, forfeiture of fees, revocation of registration, or other action permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSEZA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this portal or reliance on application outcomes, except where such limitation is prohibited.

LSEZA may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you accept them applies to your submission. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted.
